Beautiful two story house within West Haven gated community.  You will feel right at home in this spacious house which has so much more than you would expect.  The fully screened in pool overlooks a wide grassy area with small pond and for the days when you don't feel like going to the parks and there is a movie theater and a games room to keep everyone entertained.  There are two separate seating areas, one with a large flatscreen TV, the other more formal, perhaps for enjoying a good book.  There is a dining table, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table as well as bar seating, so you can keep an eye on the kids.  The garage has been converted to a games room and has a pool table and a ping pong table top,as well as a TV.  
The first of the master bedrooms has a king size bed, chaise, flatscreen TV, walk in closet, balcony with wicker seating and an en-suite bathroom with double basins, oval tub, separate shower and WC.  The Master suite also has 2 chairs that transform into beds suitable for children. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, flatscreen TV and closet.  Bedroom 3 has twin beds, flatscreen TV and a closet and has a fantastic fish themed mural.  There is a family bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC.  Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, flatscreen TV, closet and adjacent bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC.  The 5th bedroom has been converted to a movie theater room with large wall mounted flatscreen TV, XBox 1 (no games) and two rows of movie theater style seating.
The pool deck is fully screened in and there are plenty of sun loungers for relaxing in the gorgeous Florida sunshine.  The pool and jacuzzi overlook a wide grassy field and there is a small area with water that attracts wading birds.  For dining outdoors there is a large patio table with ample comfortable seating which is situated in a shady lanai area. 
The Shires has a communal swimming pool, tennis courts, beach volleyball court and a fitness center.
